#CareTogether

Staff. Patients. Residents. Family.
Always In Sync.

Serenity connects to the EMR, clinical, and workforce systems you already run. And works across senior living, hospice, home health, home care, and LTC pharmacy.

Once it’s connected, staff, resident, and patient information stays synced automatically. Everywhere.

Your systems should stay current.
Without your team keeping them there.

Works with your existing systems.

Serenity works with the technology already at the center of your operations, bringing the information your teams need into Serenity without having to maintain it in two places

Frequently Asked Questions

Serenity syncs automatically with your EMR to keep an up-to-date patient/resident list, with built-in integrations for FireNote, MatrixCare, and PointClickCare.

For workforce management, Serenity connects to ADP so new hires, changes, and terminations flow automatically into Serenity, and all permissions and channels are assigned appropriately.

For pharmacy workflow, documentation can be sent to your pharmacy system from Serenity with a single click.

Serenity also has an open API to connect with any other software, so there’s no double data entry and no retraining your team.

Serenity’s Open API is Serenity’s open integration layer, allowing your team or a developer to connect Serenity to EMR, clinical, or internal systems not covered by a direct integration.

In most cases, yes. Serenity automatically syncs with your connected EMR to keep an up-to-date patient or resident list, so your team isn’t entering the same information twice. For staff, we sync with your HRIS to ensure the right staff members are automatically added to Serenity, and added with the right permissions and to the right channels. For pharmacy, medication orders no longer have to be downloaded from Serenity and uploaded into your system. Instead one click sends it to the right place and your staff can go on about their day.

Yes. Serenity is HIPAA-compliant. Our data is encrypted in transit and at rest. A Business Associate Agreement is available as part of onboarding for any organization connecting an EMR or other integration with personal health information.

No. Serenity is fully cloud-based. There is no server, appliance, or additional hardware for an IT team to install or maintain. For integrations, however, your IT team will be involved to help us connect Serenity to your source of record software.

Serenity is priced in tiers, not per user, so your costs stay predictable no matter how many staff, patients, residents, family members, or referral partners are connected. For pricing specific to your organization, contact us at hello@serenitysmart.com.
